摘要
随着现代工业的发展,喷漆工艺在各个领域的应用愈发广泛,为社会发展、经济发展等做出巨大贡献,但同时也因大量喷漆废气排放问题对环境和人体健康造成严重威胁.为了降低喷漆废气带来的负面影响,保护人体健康和生态环境,相关企业需采取有效的漆雾处理和有机废气净化措施.基于此,本文围绕喷漆废气的产生及危害、漆雾处理工艺及有机废气净化技术展开探讨,旨在为相关从业人员提供参考.
Abstract
With the development of modern industry,the application of painting technology in various fields is becoming more and more extensive,making great contributions to social development,economic development,etc.,but at the same time,it also poses a serious threat to the environment and human health due to the emission of large amounts of paint waste gas.In order to reduce the negative impact of paint waste gas and protect human health and ecological environment,effective paint mist treatment and organic waste gas purification measures are needed.Based on this,this article focused on the generation and harm of paint waste gas,paint mist treatment process and organic waste gas purification technology,aiming to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
