摘要
为了全面整治和规范入河排污口,有效管控入河排污口污染物排放,持续改善受纳水体的生态环境质量,需对排污口开展质量管理及监督工作.依据法律法规对入河排污口开展监督管理,能够增强水资源保护力度、改善水资源环境及实现水资源可持续利用的目标,确保政策规定的水功能区管理制度及饮用水水源保护区制度得到充分落实.本文针对城市污水管网工程质量管理及监督展开深入分析,通过强化对排污口的有效监管,最大限度地降低河流污染,提升环境保护成效.
Abstract
In order to comprehensively regulate and standardize the discharge of pollutants from the inlet and outlet of the river,effectively control the discharge of pollutants from the inlet and outlet of the river,and continuously improve the ecological environment quality of the receiving water body,it is necessary to carry out quality management and supervision of the discharge of sewage.The supervision and management of river inlet and discharge outlets in accordance with laws and regulations can enhance the protection of water resources,improve the environment of water resources and achieve the goal of sustainable use of water resources,and ensure that the management system of water functional zones and the protection system of drinking water sources stipulated in the policy are fully implemented.This paper conducted an in-depth analysis on the quality management and supervision of urban sewage pipe network projects,and minimized river pollution and improved environmental protection effectiveness by strengthening effective supervision of sewage outfalls.
