摘要
生态环境统计工作是开展污染防控精细化管理的重要基础,可以为政府部门制定生态环境保护政策和规划、预测环境资源的承载能力等提供依据.科学合理的污染物核算方法是更好地完成环境统计工作的重要保障.本文对生态环境统计中城镇生活污水及污染物排放量核算方法的特点及局限性进行了分析,从切合实际核算情况的角度出发,对城镇生活污水及污染物核算方法提出了一些意见和建议.
Abstract
The statistical work of ecological environment is an important foundation for carrying out refined management of pollution prevention and control,develop ecological and environmental protection policies and plans for government departments,Provide a basis for predicting the carrying capacity of environmental resources,etc.Scientific and reasonable pollutant accounting methods are important guarantees for better completing environmental statistics work.This article explores and analyzes the characteristics and limitations of the accounting methods for urban domestic sewage and pollutant emissions in ecological environment statistics,from the perspective of practical accounting situations,provide some opinions and suggestions on the accounting methods for urban domestic sewage and pollutants.
