Research on VOCs Emission Characteristics and Treatment Processes in the Production Process of Modified Plastics
In order to reduce the VOC emissions during the production process of modified plastics and alleviate environmental pollution,this article briefly analyzes the VOC emission characteristics in the production process of modified plastics and proposes a comprehensive VOC treatment process plan.This article takes a certain plastic factory as the research object,after adopting a VOCs comprehensive treatment plan in the modified plastic production process,the factory showed stronger ecological and economic advantages compared to the treatment effect of a single direct combustion process.It is suggested that adopting a VOCs comprehensive treatment process can reduce the emissions of VOCs in the modified plastic production process;After trial operation,the removal rate of VOCs in the comprehensive treatment process is higher than that of the direct combustion process,and the average pollutant removal amount is also higher.The environmental treatment cost is significantly lower than the application cost of the direct combustion process,indicating that the comprehensive treatment process of VOCs has significant ecological and economic advantages.
