净水厂回收水池和排泥池设计研究

摘要
净水厂中的回收水池和排泥池对生产废水具有调节、处理、回收等功能.通过对净水厂生产废水水质特性研究,确定了回收水池和排泥池处理水质的组成,并结合设计干污泥日产量、滤池反冲洗量等计算确定回收水池和排泥池的处理规模,再根据场地布置原则确定其在总图的具体布置.本文以某地净水厂回收水池和排泥池的设计实例,系统分析研究了净水厂回收水池和排泥池的设计工作,以供相关人员参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The recovery pool and sludge discharge pool in water purification plants have functions such as regulating,treating,and recovering production wastewater.Through the study of the water quality characteristics of production wastewater in water purification plants,the composition of the water quality treated by the recovery tank and the sludge discharge tank was determined.The treatment scale of the recovery tank and sludge discharge tank was determined based on the design of dry sludge daily output,filter backwash volume,and other calculations.The specific layout of the recovery tank and sludge discharge tank was determined according to the site layout principles in the overall plan.This article took the design of a water treatment plant's recycling tank and sludge tank as an example to systematically analyze and studied the design work of the recycling tank and sludge tank in a water treatment plant,for reference and reference by relevant personnel.
