青岛市2016-2022年地表水环境质量评价与变化趋势分析

根据 2016-2022 年青岛市地表水环境质量监测网数据,对青岛市地表水环境质量变化趋势及当前存在的问题进行分析与评价,并提出相关建议.结果表明,2016-2022 年青岛市地表水环境质量逐步改善,2022 年与 2016 年相比,Ⅰ~Ⅲ类水质断面比例基本持平,劣V类水质断面比例降低了 23.6 个百分点.大沽河流域、沿海诸河由重度污染转为轻度污染,北胶莱河污染仍较重,重点水库的水质总体保持稳定.夏季水质明显劣于其他季节,表明生态用水不足、面源污染存在明显短板.建议继续深入打好碧水保卫战,巩固提升治理成果,以水环境、水生态、水资源"三水"统筹为框架实施系统地治理,从而全面提升水生态环境质量.
Assessment and Trend Analysis of Surface Water Environmental Quality in Qingdao from 2016 to 2022
According to the monitoring data of the surface water environmental quality in Qingdao from 2016 to 2022,We analyzed and evaluated the change trend and current problems of the water environment quality in key river basins and reservoirs in Qingdao,and put forward relevant suggestions.The results showed that the surface water environmental quality in Qingdao has gradually improved from 2016 to 2022.The proportion of water quality sections of Class Ⅰ to Class Ⅲ in 2022 was basically the same as that in 2016,and the proportion of Inferior to Class-Ⅴ was reduced by 23.6%.The Dagu River Basin and coastal rivers have shifted from severe pollution to light pollution,while the pollution in Beijiaolai River is still relatively serious.The water quality of key reservoirs has generally remained stable.The water quality is significantly worse in summer than in other seasons,indicating that there is insufficient ecological water use and significant shortcomings in non-point source pollution.It is recommended to continue to wage a deeper battle to protect the blue water,consolidate and improve governance achievements,implement systematic governance with the integration of water environment,water ecology,and water resources as the framework,and comprehensively improve the quality of water ecological environment.
