摘要
本文针对环保新形势下环境影响评价工作面临的挑战与问题,提出了一系列策略与措施.分析发现,环保新形势下环境影响评价工作存在政策法规、技术创新、社会参与和跨界项目等方面存在挑战,基于这些挑战,提出了加强政策法规的制定与执行、推进环境影响评价技术的创新与应用、提升环境影响评价工作的科学性与可行性、加强社会参与及跨界项目的协调与管理等策略与措施.本文通过对环保新形势下环境影响评价工作的分析与思考,为促进环保工作的持续发展和提升提供了有益启示.
Abstract
This paper puts forward a series of strategies and measures for the new situation of environmental protection.Analysis found that environmental protection environmental impact assessment work policies and regulations,technology innovation,social participation and cross-border project challenges,based on these challenges,put forward the strengthening policy and regulation formulation and implementation,promote the innovation and application of environmental impact assessment technology,improve the scientific nature and feasibility of environmental impact assessment work,strengthen social participation,cross-border project coordination and management strategies and measures.Through the analysis and thinking of the environmental impact assessment work under the new situation of environmental protection,this paper provides useful inspiration for promoting the sustainable development and promotion of environmental protection work.
