摘要
随着新型工业化进程的提速,我国经济持续飞速发展,但工业发展对环境造成了严重影响,污染的水源、浑浊的空气、种类繁多的病菌、沙漠化的土壤、锐减的生物多样性为人们敲响了环境保护的警钟.环境监测作为环境保护工作的重要组成部分,可以为职能部门提供持续、准确的大气、水源、土壤等多方面的环境数据支持,以便职能部门制定科学、有效的环境政策措施.本文对环境监测的概念进行了详细描述,并就现阶段我国环境监测工作所面临的问题进行了细致分析,并提出了创新监测技术、增加资金投入,注重专业人才培养、规范并完善监测流程、引导群众积极参与环境监测工作、实现监测数据共享六项发展建议,希望能够对我国环境监测事业的发展有所帮助.
Abstract
With the acceleration of China's new industrialization process,its economy continues to develop rapidly.However,this industrial development has had a significant impact on the environment,resulting in water and air pollution,proliferation of various bacteria,soil desertification,and a sharp decline in biodiversity.These issues have raised concerns about environmental protection.Environmental monitoring plays an essential role in addressing these challenges by providing continuous and accurate data on the atmosphere,water sources,and soil conditions.This enables functional departments to formulate scientific and effective environmental policies and measures.This paper provides a detailed description of the concept of environmental monitoring while analyzing the current problems faced by China's efforts in this field.Additionally,six development suggestions are proposed:innovating monitoring technology;increasing capital investment;focusing on professional personnel training;standardizing and improving the monitoring process;actively guiding public participation in environmental monitoring work;promoting data sharing among stakeholders.It is expected that these suggestions will contribute to advancing environmental monitoring in our country.
