Research on High Temperature Pyrolysis Method for Harmless Treatment of Waste White Soil
In order to solve the environmental pollution problem caused by waste clay containing lubricating oil in industrial production,this article takes waste clay containing lubricating oil as raw material,explores and optimizes the process conditions for pollution-free treatment of waste clay,and uses the two-stage high-temperature pyrolysis method to study the effects of calcination temperature,insulation time,and carrier gas volume on the oil evaporation rate of waste clay.The research results show that under nitrogen atmosphere,when the calcination temperature is 400℃and the insulation time is 2 hours,the oil evaporation rate can reach 39%.Non condensable gases(CH4、NH3、N2H4、C3H8、C4H10,etc.)account for about 15%,and the recoverable oil amount is about 24%;When the roasting temperature is 800℃and the holding time is 2 hours,the oil evaporation rate can reach 7.47%,with C3H8、CH4,and other small amounts of hydrocarbons produced.The waste clay treated by this method can basically meet the national non-hazardous waste discharge standards,and can recover about 20%of the oil content in the original waste clay.Providing a method basis and basic data for the harmless treatment of waste clay for further enterprise pilot development.
