摘要
随着社会经济的发展,人们的环保意识增强,国家提出建设"资源节约型、环境友好型"社会的要求,进一步加大了生态工业园区的建设力度.在此背景下,我们需要积极开展生态园区的规划环评工作,并结合环评结果提出针对性的环保措施,实现生态工业园区规划建设对环境影响的有效防控,有效提升园区产业发展能效,实现工业园区生态化、智能化发展.本文主要对生态工业园区规划环评的工作原则、思路和方法进行分析,从而保障工业园区规划环评工作的顺利开展,突出体现规划环评结果的应用价值,为生态工业园区的规划建设和发展提供科学性指导,从而实现经济建设与环境保护的协调推进.
Abstract
With the development of social economy,people's awareness of environmental protection has been enhanced,and the state has put forward the requirements of"resource-saving and environment-friendly"society,which further strengthens the construction of ecological industrial park.In this context,it is necessary to actively carry out the eia of ecological park planning,and put forward targeted environmental protection measures based on the eia results,so as to realize the effective prevention and control of the impact on the planning and construction of ecological industrial park planning and construction,effectively improve the energy efficiency of industrial development in the park,and realize the ecological and intelligent development of industrial parks.Article mainly on ecological industrial park planning eia work principles,ideas and methods,to ensure the success of industrial park planning eia work,highlight the application value of the planning eia results,for ecological industrial park planning construction and development to provide scientific guidance,realize the coordination of economic construction and environmental protection.
