化学药品制剂类项目污染环节复杂,如处置不当可能会造成一定的环境污染影响.本文阐述了编制该类项目环评时需考虑的规划相容性内容、生产工艺特点和产污环节,以及相关废气、废水、固体废物、噪声、土壤、地下水污染治理措施以及环境风险、生物安全风险防控措施.
Abstract
Due to the complex pollution links,chemical preparation projects may cause certain environmental pollution impacts if improper disposal.This paper described the planning compatibility content,production process characteristics and pollution production links that should be considered when preparing EIA for such projects,as well as the pollution control measures of waste gas,waste water,solid waste,noise,soil and groundwater pollution and the prevention and control measures of environmental risks and biosafety risks.
