铝灰资源化利用技术及其工艺优化研究

在铝电解加工过程中会产生有害的固体废弃物,这种废弃物被称为铝灰.2020 年,铝灰被列入危险废物名录.据统计,我国每年生产的铝灰高达 350 余万吨,绝大多数铝灰采用了填埋处理的方式,对环境形成了较大风险.在绿色低碳理念下,推动铝灰资源化利用已成为必然趋势.本文介绍了一次、二次铝灰资源化利用技术,其中一次铝灰主要用于回收金属铝,二次铝灰用于制备耐火材料和建筑材料.另外还对铝灰的无害化处理技术进行了探讨,包括氮化铝脱除以及氟、氯盐脱除技术.
Research on the Technology and Process Optimization of Aluminum Ash Resource Utilization
Harmful solid waste is generated during the aluminum electrolysis process,which is called aluminum ash.In 2020,aluminum ash was listed as hazardous waste.According to statistics,China produces over 3.5 million tons of aluminum ash annually,and the vast majority of aluminum ash is treated by landfill,which poses significant environmental risks.Under the concept of green and low-carbon,promoting the resource utilization of aluminum ash has become an inevitable trend.This article introduced the resource utilization technology of primary and secondary aluminum ash,among them,primary aluminum ash was mainly used for recovering metallic aluminum,and secondary aluminum ash was used for preparing refractory materials and building materials.In addition,harmless treatment technologies for aluminum ash were also discussed,including aluminum nitride removal and fluoride and chloride salt removal technologies.
