摘要

本文就水环境监测中运用气相色谱技术时存在的问题及优化对策进行论述.首先,综述气相色谱技术具有高灵敏度,高分辨率以及快速分析的特点,指出该技术在水环境监测方面具有广泛的适用性.然后分析气相色谱技术在实践中面临的设备成本和维修、操作技术要求较高、数据处理和分析复杂,标准方法和标准物质匮乏等问题,并提出对这些问题的优化对策,包括设备优化和技术创新,提高操作人员的技术水平和改进数据处理和分析方法.最后着重指出了有关标准的建立与完善对促进气相色谱技术广泛应用于水环境监测并健康发展所具有的重要意义.

Abstract

This paper discusses the problems and optimization countermeasures in the application of gas chromatography technology in water environment monitoring.Firstly,it is summarized that gas chromatography technology has the characteristics of high sensitivity,high resolution and rapid analysis.It is pointed out that this technology has wide applicability in water environment monitoring.Then it analyzes the problems faced by gas chromatography technology in practice,such as equipment cost and maintenance,high operational technical requirements,complex data processing and analysis,lack of standard methods and standard substances,and puts forward optimization countermeasures to these problems,including equipment optimization and technological innovation,improving the technical level of operators and improving data processing and analysis methods.Finally,it is emphasized that the establishment and improvement of relevant standards have important significance in promoting the wide application of gas chromatography technology in water environment monitoring and healthy development.
