清洁生产作为一种减少污染、节约资源、降低能耗的生产方式,对促进绿色低碳经济的发展具有重要意义.本研究通过分析清洁生产的意义、目标以及在节能减排、能源结构优化、废物回收再利用等方面的应用,进一步论述了强化绿色环保意识与技术帮扶、健全和完善相关法律体系、推动清洁生产全面发展的对策,从而为政策制定者、企业实践者提供了理论依据和实践指导.
Abstract
As a production method that reduces pollution,saves resources,and reduces energy consumption,clean production is of great significance in promoting the development of green and low-carbon economy.This study analyzes the significance and goals of clean production,as well as its applications in energy conservation and emission reduction,energy structure optimization,waste recycling and reuse.It further discusses strategies to strengthen green environmental awareness and technical assistance,improve and perfect relevant legal systems,and promote the comprehensive development of clean production.This provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for policy makers and enterprise practitioners.
