Taking the soil survey after the relocation of a petroleum processing enterprise as an example,a demonstration study on the investigation of organic contaminated soil was carried out,and the shortcomings of the existing technology and technical improvement methods were put forward,the judgment method of groundwater flow direction and the principle of location of soil and groundwater monitoring points should be clarified,and combined with the characteristics of organic pollutants,it can accurately identify the forms of pollutants and complete the sampling process of groundwater pollution factors,in order to provide technical services for the soil exploration technical units in this area.
