Handling the important relationship between high-quality development and high-level protection plays a crucial role in building a green,low-carbon circular economy system and building a beautiful China,and the improvement and implementation of emission trading can better achieve this goal.At present,there are still some problems in the emission trading system.This paper mainly discussed the current situation of emission trading rights in China,analyzed the development path of emission trading rights,in order to provide reference for readers.
