摘要

"无废城市"环保概念正逐步被人们所接受,且人们越来越追求绿色、环保.然而,在此过程中,城市废物的处置与资源回收利用经常被忽视,所以需研究基于"无废城市"建设的资源回收再利用路径.研究结果表明,推动"无废城市"建设,可减少废弃物源头污染,提高资源再利用率.其中,废弃物分类与回收再利用、产业链条的延伸拓展和政府监管是"无废城市"建设的三大主要路径.此外,社区参与和科技创新对于"无废城市"的建设同样重要.本研究不仅为"无废城市"的建设提供了具体实施路径,也对环保政策的制定及落实提供了指导.

Abstract

The environmental protection concept of"no waste city"is gradually accepted by people,and people are increasingly pursuing green and environmental protection.However,in this process,urban waste disposal and resource recycling are often neglected,so it is necessary to study the resource recycling path based on the construction of"waste free city".The results show that promoting the construction of"waste free city"can reduce the source pollution of waste and improve the reuse rate of resources.Among them,waste classification and recycling,the extension and expansion of industrial chain and government supervision are the three main paths for the construction of"waste free city".In addition,community participation and technological innovation are equally important for the construction of"waste-free cities".This study not only provides a concrete implementation path for the construction of"waste free city",but also provides guidance for the formulation and implementation of environmental protection policies.
