Analysis of Water Resources Protection and Utilization from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization
With the rapid development of social economy and the gradual expansion of population scale,China has an increasing demand for water resources,water pollution,water waste,water disasters and other water resources problems,which restrict the development of regional economic life.Based on the theoretical basis of ecological civilization,this paper analyzes the overall planning and improvement strategies of water resources protection and utilization,discusses the key tasks of water resources development and utilization,and aims to create a harmonious and symbiotic environment of production development,prosperity of life and good ecology of water resources on the basis of grasping water power,controlling polluted water,restoring the ecology of water source and resisting flood and drought.We will make a qualitative leap in the protection of aquatic resources under the ecological civilization system.
