Exploring the Dilemmas and Optimization Strategies of Ecological Environment Governance under the Concept of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction
Guided by the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction,ecological environment governance has become the key to achieving sustainable development.This study focuses on analyzing the necessity of ecological environment governance,the current challenges faced,and the proposed optimization strategies,explores the importance of energy conservation and emission reduction in achieving consistency with sustainable development goals,carbon emission balance,and a livable living environment.At the same time,it identifies core challenges such as insufficient environmental awareness,limited financial resources,incomplete evaluation methods,difficulties in supervision and implementation,and lagging technological development,and measures have been proposed to address these issues,such as strengthening environmental education,increasing financial investment,improving evaluation accuracy,strengthening legal enforcement and technological innovation,with the aim of optimizing ecological environment governance and promoting green development in society.
