焦化废水处理站挥发性有机废气治理技术应用研究

根据焦化行业超低排放改造的要求,焦化废水处理站作为焦化工序挥发性有机物的重要产污环节之一,需对敞开液面废气进行收集治理.本研究通过对废水处理站废气产污情况进行简要分析,选择"化学洗涤+生物处理+吸附"工艺路线,在焦化废水处理站增设废气收集和处理装置,实现非甲烷总烃达标排放和VOCs减排,为其他企业焦化超低排放改造提供参考.
Research on the Application of VOCs Gas Treatment Technology in Coking Wastewater Station
According to the requirements of ultra-low emission transformation in the coking industry,the coking wastewater treatment station,as one of the important pollution production links of coking VOCs,needs to collect and treat the open liquid surface waste gas.Through a brief analysis of the waste gas pollution production of the coking wastewater treatment station,the process route of"chemical washing+biological treatment+adsorption"was selected,and the waste gas collection and treatment device were added to the wastewater station to achieve the standard emission of non-methane hydrocarbons and the emission reduction of VOCs,which provided a reference for other coking ultra-low emission transformations.
