摘要

近年来,入海河流总氮通量已成为近岸海域水质改善的关键,备受关注.尽管各级政府采取了一系列治理措施,但入海河流总氮均值却出现了反弹现象,渤海入海河流总氮浓度持续反弹的问题严重影响河流水质改善和海洋生态环境保护工作的效果.海洋生态环境问题表现在海里,根子在陆上.本文旨在分析入海河流总氮均值反弹的成因并提出相应的对策,以期为我国沿海地区的水环境治理和生态保护提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,the total nitrogen flux of rivers into the sea has become the key to improve the water quality of coastal waters,and has been paid attention to for a long time.Despite a series of measures taken by governments at all levels,the mean value of total nitrogen in rivers entering the sea has rebounded,the continuous rebound of the total nitrogen concentration of rivers entering the sea in the Bohai Sea has seriously affected the improvement of river water quality and the effect of Marine ecological environment protection.Marine ecological and environmental problems are manifested in the sea,and their roots are on land.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causes of the rebound of the mean value of total nitrogen in rivers entering the sea,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide references for water environment management and ecological protection in China's coastal areas.
