Collaborative Management Measures for Peaking Carbon Emissions and Reaching Air Quality Standards
China is currently in a critical period of economic transition, although the economic development speed is relatively fast, but the environmental management is not in place, which seriously reduces the air quality, which is not conducive to the healthy development of social economy. In this context,in order to achieve sustainable development of ecological environment,China has put forward the goal of peaking carbon emissions and promoting its cooperation with air quality standards,so as to effectively alleviate environmental problems and further optimize human living environment.Based on this,it is necessary to build a collaborative governance mechanism for peaking carbon emissions and reaching air quality standards, and actively improve collaborative control measures, collaborative management systems, and regional collaborative governance,so as to effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions and effectively control air quality under the synergistic effect of management and technology. This paper analyzed the key points and measures of collaborative governance for peaking carbon emissions and achieving quality control standards,to further reduce carbon emissions, optimize air quality, and promote the healthy development of green China.
