The pollutant discharge permit system is the core system of the fixed pollution source supervision system,and it is a powerful starting point for deepening the battle of pollution prevention and control and continuously improving the quality of the ecological environment.Since 2017,with the continuous improvement of the pollutant discharge permit system,the"one-certificate"management of pollutant discharge permits has fully covered all fixed pollution sources,but there are still many problems in the implementation of the current pollutant discharge permit management system.Based on this,Based on this,this paper analyzed the environmental management problems under the pollution permit system in China,and put forward the corresponding optimization measures.
