"无废城市"的建设有利于推动城市的绿色发展转型,提高城市生态环境质量,提升城市宜居水平.基于TOPSIS模型对河北省11个城市"无废城市"建设现状进行了综合评价,运用熵权法和障碍度模型分析了"无废城市"建设的主要影响因素,从而为探索河北省"无废城市"建设的有效路径提供了依据.
Evaluation and Countermeasures of the Current Sitiuation of"Zero-Waste City"Construction in Hebei Province Based on TOPSIS Model
The construction of"Zero-Waste City"is beneficial for promoting the green transformation of urban development,improving the urban environmental quality,and enhancing the urban livability.Based on the TOPSIS model,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the current status of"Zero-Waste City"construction in 11 cities of Hebei Province.The entropy weight method and obstacle degree model were used to analyze the main influencing factors of"Zero-Waste City"construction,providing a basis for exploring effective paths for"Zero-Waste City"construction in Hebei Province.
