高浓度氨对靛酚蓝分光光度法显色的影响研究

本文采用靛酚蓝分光光度法对不同浓度的氨溶液进行试验,并探讨在民用建筑工程室内空气氨检测的实际应用中经常出现数据偏低现象的原因.通过试验得知,显色反应受氨浓度的影响较为明显.当氨浓度超过7.6 μg/mL时,溶液的吸光度迅速降低;当氨溶液浓度超过120.0 μg/mL时,吸光度值低于0.030,溶液的颜色趋近于浅黄色,不予显色;采用靛酚蓝分光光度法测定氨时,氨的浓度不宜超过15 μg/mL,且稀释倍数不宜超过2.5倍.
Effect of High Concentration of Ammonia on Color Development by Indigophenol Blue Spectrophotometry
In this paper,indophenol blue spectrophotometry was used to test different concentrations of ammonia solution,and the reason of low data often appeared in the practical application of indoor ammonia detection in civil building engineering was discussed.The results show that the color reaction is obviously affected by the concentration of ammonia.When the concentration of ammonia exceeds 7.6 μg/mL,the ab-sorbance of the solution decreases rapidly.When the concentration of ammonia solution exceeds 120.0 μg/mL,the absorbance value is lower than 0.030,and the color of the solution is close to light yellow,without color.When using indophenol blue spectrophotometry to measure am-monia,the ammonia concentration should not exceed 15 μg/mL,and the dilution should not exceed 2.5 times.
