贵州某焚烧发电厂渗滤液处理设计水量为800 m3/d,采用"预处理+厌氧+两级AO+外置式超滤+纳滤+反渗透"处理工艺.出水水质满足《城市污水再生利用-工业用水水质标准》(GB/T 19923-2005)[1]中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准后,回用于冷却塔.纳滤浓液加药软化后经DTRO处理,实现浓液减量化,浓液于厂区综合利用,最终实现渗滤液零排放.
Design of Leachate Treatment Project for a Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant in Guizhou
A certain incineration power plant in Guizhou has a designed treatment capacity of 800 m3/d for leachate,the treatment pro-cess is"pre-treatment+anaerobic+two-stage AO+external ultrafiltration+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis".The effl uent qual-ity meets the supplementary water standard of the open circulation cooling water system in"The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water―Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923-2005)"[1],and is reused in the cooling tower.The nanofiltration concentrate is softened by adding medicine and then treated by DTRO to achieve the reduction of the concentrate,the comprehensive utilization of the concentrated solution plant area ultimately achieves zero discharge of leachate.
