Optimization Design of Sludge Conveying Equipment System in the Dewatering Room of Sewage Treatment Plant
Based on the current situation of the sludge conveying system in a domestic sewage treatment plant,a systematic analysis was conducted on its existing problems.Taking into account factors such as investment cost,operation and maintenance cost,and operating environment,a scheme was proposed to replace the plunger pump that seriously affects the operating efficiency of the sludge treatment system with a shaft less screw conveyor,the key parameters of the shaftless screw conveyor,such as screw diameter,pitch,equipment speed,and equipment power,have been designed.After a period of operation,the renovated sludge conveying system has achieved good results and met the requirements of sludge conveying,it can save operating and maintenance costs of 84000 yuan per year,effectively reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the sewage treatment plant.
