In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,the problem of water environment pollution has become increasingly serious,especially the treatment of black and smelly water body has become an urgent environmental problem to be solved.The black and smelly water body not only seriously affects the image of the city,but also brings great trouble to the people's health and production and life.Therefore,it is crucial to explore a scientific and effective treatment method of black and odorous water bodies.This paper takes the"one policy of one river"as an example to discuss its application in the treatment of black and smelly water bodies.
