With the acceleration of industrialization,environmental pollution is also very serious.In this context,China aims to achieve the strategic goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060,known as the"dual carbon"goal.Ecological restoration of territorial space is one of the realization processes of territorial space governance,and the optimal allocation of spatial resources can be realized by formulating spatial development strategies.Based on the background of"carbon neutrality",this paper analyzed the construction path of territorial ecological restoration system in order to achieve environmental control.
