Analysis of the Problems and Suggestions in the Work Practice of the Classified Management List of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects
The Classified Management List of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects has played an extremely important role in the EIA work.However,due to the problems of numerous categories,unclear definition of terms and unclear definition of industries in the list,it has brought a lot of disputes and troubles to the environmental impact assessment practitioners and competent authorities.This paper briefly analyzed the problems and difficulties existing in the current directory in the actual operation,and put forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for improving the directory in the next step.
