造纸行业废水处理与回用技术研究的必要性源于其污染物种类复杂且对环境构成重大威胁,其中包括高浓度的化学需氧量(COD)、生化需氧量(BOD)、氨氮及重金属等.本文详细分析了造纸废水中的主要污染物,探讨了当前废水处理技术的现状及存在的问题,并针对废水回用技术的经济性与可操作性进行了深入分析.通过广西金桂浆纸业有限公司的案例研究,提出了废水处理与回用成功的关键因素,从而为广西地区乃至全国的造纸行业提供了参考和借鉴.
Feasibility Study on Treatment and Reuse Technology of Papermaking Wastewater
The necessity of research on wastewater treatment and reuse technology of paper industry stems from the complex types of pollutants,which pose a major threat to the environment,including high concentrations of chemical oxygen demand(COD),biochemical oxygen demand(BOD),ammonia nitrogen and heavy metals.In this paper,the main pollutants in papermaking wastewater are analyzed in detail,the status quo and existing problems of wastewater treatment technology are discussed,and the economy and operability of wastewater reuse technology are deeply analyzed.Through the case study of Guangxi Jingui Pulp and Paper Co.,Ltd.,the key factors of successful wastewater treatment and reuse are put forward,which provides a reference for the paper industry in Guangxi and even the whole country.
