电解铝行业二次铝灰综合利用与聚铝净水剂生产对水环境的影响研究

我国电解铝行业的生产过程中产生大量二次铝灰.目前大部分企业将其按照危废处置,但也有部分企业开始尝试利用铝灰中的铝和三氧化二铝生产液态聚铝净水剂.本文简述了利用二次铝灰生产聚铝的工艺,分析并检测了液态聚铝中可能残留的氟化物、重金属等,并对以上污染物是否会对水体产生二次污染进行了评价,最后对二次铝灰是否适用于生产聚铝提出了结论及建议.
Comprehensive Utilization of Secondary Aluminum Ash and Production of Poly Aluminum Water Purifying Agent in Electrolytic Aluminum Industry Impact on Water Environment
A large amount of secondary aluminum ash is produced in the production process of electrolytic aluminum industry in China.At present,most enterprises treat it as hazardous waste,however,some enterprises began to try to use aluminum and aluminum oxide in aluminum ash to produce liquid polyaluminum water purifying agent.This paper briefly describes the process of producing polyaluminum from secondary aluminum ash,analyzes and detects the possible residual fluorides and heavy metals in liquid polyaluminum,evaluates whether the above pollutants will cause secondary pollution to water body,and finally gives conclusions and suggestions on whether the secondary aluminum ash is suitable for producing polyaluminum.
