摘要
本文对当前城市雾霾污染的严峻现状及其对公共健康、生态环境和社会经济发展的影响进行了深入探讨.通过系统分析雾霾形成的自然与人为因素,包括气象条件的作用、工业排放、交通污染、建筑施工扬尘、生活源污染物以及其他因素,揭示了雾霾成因的多元性和复杂性.在此基础上,提出了全面的城市雾霾治理策略与措施.结果显示,上述综合措施在理论和实践中具有显著的雾霾防治效果,对于指导未来城市空气质量的改善具有重要意义.
Abstract
In this paper,the serious situation of urban haze pollution and its impact on public health,ecological environment and social and economic development were deeply discussed.Through the systematic analysis of the natural and human factors of haze formation,including the role of meteorological conditions,industrial emissions,traffic pollution,construction dust,domestic pollutants and other factors,the diversity and complexity of haze causes are revealed.On this basis,the comprehensive urban haze control strategies and measures are put forward.The results show that the above comprehensive measures have a significant effect on haze prevention and control in theory and practice,and are of great significance for guiding the improvement of urban air quality in the future.
