Since 2013,China's air pollution prevention and control has made historic and turning achievements,but the environmental air quality has not achieved a fundamental improvement,the prevention and control of air pollution is still a long way to go.In December 2023,The State Council issued the"Action Plan for the Continuous Improvement of Air Quality",which aims to promote high-quality economic development through the continuous improvement of air quality,seek environmental benefits in high-quality development,and give more consideration to the overall situation of economic and social development and ecological and environmental protection.At the present stage,there are still deficiencies and deficiencies in air pollution prevention and control management in ecological environment protection,which need to be optimized and adjusted.Before analyzing the optimization path and improving the plan,it is necessary to understand the necessity of the implementation of air pollution prevention and control management.
