摘要
本文主要研究产业发展中污染物排放控制技术与产业升级.首先介绍了燃烧过程的污染物控制技术,包括高效燃烧技术、烟气净化技术、清洁燃料和替代能源.其次,讨论了工业污染物控制技术,包括废气处理、废水处理、固体废物处理和噪声控制.接着,阐述了资源回收与综合利用过程中的污染物控制技术.最后,提出了加强产业发展中污染物排放控制技术以促进产业升级的对策,包括推动技术创新与成果转化、建立环保绩效评价体系、提供财政补贴与绿色信贷、推广循环经济理念等.
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the pollutant emission control technology and industrial upgrading in the industrial development.Firstly,the pollutant control technology of the combustion process is introduced,including the efficient combustion technology,flue gas purification technology,clean fuels and alternative energy sources.Secondly,industrial pollutant control techniques are discussed,including waste gas treatment,wastewater treatment,solid waste treatment and noise control.Then,the pollutant control technology in the process of resource recovery and comprehensive utilization is expounded.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening pollutant emission control technology in industrial development to promote industrial upgrading,including promoting technological innovation and achievement transformation,establishing environmental performance evaluation system,providing financial subsidies and green credit,and promoting the concept of circular economy.
