Optimization of Urban Solid Waste Classification System under the Principle of Co-Construction and Sharing
With the acceleration of the pace of urbanization and the improvement of the quality of life of residents, the amount of urban solid waste is increasing day by day, which has caused a heavy burden to the environment. Therefore, optimizing the classification and treatment system of urban solid waste and realizing the reduction, recycling and harmless treatment of waste have become a key part of promoting sustainable urban development. The principle of co-construction and sharing, that is,the joint participation, collaborative construction and common benefit of the government, enterprises, social organizations and the public, provides a new perspective and method for optimizing the classification system of municipal solid waste. This paper deeply analyzed the connotation and characteristics of the principle of co-construction and sharing, discussed its specific application in optimizing the classification system of urban solid waste, and combines the practical experience of domestic and foreign cities in garbage classification, put forward the strategy of optimizing the classification system of urban solid waste under the principle of co-construction and sharing, aiming at promoting the progress of urban solid waste classification. It provided a useful reference for building a more environmentally friendly and efficient municipal solid waste treatment system.
