Environmental law enforcement monitoring is an indispensable technical support for environmental law enforcement,which provides solid and reliable evidence support and objective basis for environmental law enforcement.But at present,there are still many problems in environmental law enforcement monitoring,which will bring risks to environmental law enforcement work.Based on this,from the importance of environmental law enforcement monitoring,this paper analyzed the problems existing in environmental law enforcement monitoring,and put forward the key points to solve the problems,in order to further standardize the environmental law enforcement monitoring procedures.
