Convergence Countermeasures between Environmental Impact Assessment System and Pollutant Discharge Permit System
With the development of The Times,modern science and technology not only promotes the continuous progress of society,but also brings certain pressure to the environment,and the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.In the work of environmental governance,the integration of environmental impact assessment system and pollutant discharge permit system can achieve good results.Based on this,this paper expounded the necessity of linking the EIA system with the emission permit system,analyzed the existing problems in the current linking work in detail,and put forward the corresponding linking strategies for reference.
