摘要

在污水处理工程中,常规的AAO污水处理工艺面临难以去除氮、磷,导致出水水质不稳定的问题.通过采用AAOA生物反应池和MBR膜工艺,能够有效去除污水中的污染物,保证出水水质.本文结合某污水处理工程,深入研究了污水处理工程的进水水质和工艺流程,详细探讨了AAOA生物反应池的设计和MBR池的设计参数,分析了MBR膜污染控制方式.工程实践经验表明,采用AAOA+MBR污水处理工艺,污水出水水质可满足一级A标准的要求,社会效益良好.

Abstract

In sewage treatment engineering,the conventional AAO process faces difficulties in removing nitrogen and phosphorus,leading to unstable effl uent quality.By using AAOA bioreactor and MBR membrane process,pollutants in wastewater can be effectively removed,ensuring the quality of wastewater effluent.This article combines a certain sewage treatment project to conduct in-depth research on the inlet water quality and process flow of the sewage treatment project.It discusses in detail the design parameters of AAOA biological reaction tank and MBR tank,and analyzes the MBR membrane pollution control method.According to engineering practice experience,the use of AAOA+MBR sewage treatment process can meet the effl uent quality requirements of Class A standard,and has good social benefits.
