城市河流生态构建与水环境安全保障集成技术研究

本研究基于经济高度发达地区城市河流的污染特点,以深圳河流域为典型研究区域,系统调研了流域水文水资源、水环境和水生态状况、社会经济状况、污染源结构等信息,梳理了研究区域水环境治理和水生态建设存在的主要问题,总结了深圳河流域水环境生态治理经验.以此为基础,进行防控单元的划分、适宜技术库的构建、适宜技术的评估,创建了符合城市河流特点的适宜性技术评价体系、防控单元划分技术和基于防控单元的技术集成方法.将该方法成功应用于荔枝湖水污染治理和生态修复示范工程,验证了本方法的可行性.本研究从流域治理的角度提出了系统性方法和整体方案,克服了以往城市河流治理中技术选择的片面性,解决了关键问题识别难、技术方案选择难的问题,因而具有较高的适用性和推广应用价值.
Research on Integrated Technology for Urban River Ecological Construction and Water Environment Security Guarantee
On account of the pollution characteristics of urban rivers in economically developed regions,this study took the Shenzhen River Basin as a typical research area and systematically investigated the hydrology,water resources,water environment,aquatic ecological conditions,socio-economic status,and pollution source structure of the basin.This research also analyzed the major issues in water environment governance and aquatic ecological construction in the research area,and summarized the experiences in water environment and ecological governance of the Shenzhen River Basin.Based on these findings,the study classified prevention and control units,established a database of suitable technologies,evaluated these technologies,and created a suitability technology evaluation system tailored to urban rivers,prevention and control unit classification techniques,and a technology integration method based on prevention and control units.This methodology was successfully applied to the water pollution control and ecological restoration demonstration project in Lizhi Lake,thus verifying its feasibility.From the perspective of basin management,this study proposed a systematic method and comprehensive plan,overcoming the one-sidedness of technology selection in previous urban river governance.It solved the difficulties in identifying key issues and selecting technical solutions,and possessed relatively high applicability and promotion value.
