摘要

自动监测作为一种非手工监测手段越来越多地应用于环境保护领域.污染源自动监控站点、环境空气质量自动监测站点、水质自动监测站点的建设都是基于自动监控设施开展自动监测活动.自动监测能够实时、动态、连续地显示被监测目标的现状,便于环境管理部门及时掌握污染状况,缩短采取管控措施的响应时间.自动监测数据通过累积、存贮,形成历史某个时间段的主要污染物排放量或存量,指导管理部门核实减排总量,以控制区域污染负荷的增加.自动监测为提高生态环境质量提供了技术保障.

Abstract

Automatic monitoring,as a non manual monitoring method,is increasingly being applied in the field of environmental protection.The construction of pollution source automatic monitoring stations,environmental air quality automatic monitoring stations,and water quality automatic monitoring stations are all based on automatic monitoring facilities to carry out automatic monitoring activities.Automatic monitoring can display the current status of the monitored targets in real-time,dynamically,and continuously,facilitating environmental management departments to timely grasp the pollution situation and shorten the response time for implementing control measures.Automatic monitoring data is accumulated and stored to form a historical pollutant emission or stock for a certain period of time,guiding management departments to verify the total emission reduction amount and control the increase of regional pollution load.Automatic monitoring provides technical support for improving the quality of the ecological environment.
