Application of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator in the Treatment of Quicklime Digestion
In order to explore the application effect of wet electrostatic precipitator in the treatment of waste gas of quicklime digestion,this study analyzed the performance of wet electrostatic dust removal technology in removing dust and harmful gases in waste gas by simulating the waste gas generated in the process of quicklime digestion,taking the honeycomb vertical wet electrostatic precipitator as an example.The dust concentration and harmful gas content before and after treatment were measured systematically,and the treatment efficiency stability of the dust collector was evaluated.The results show that the honeycomb vertical wet electrostatic precipitator can significantly reduce the dust concentration and harmful gas content in the waste gas,with 97%high dust removal efficiency and 90%harmful gas emission reduction efficiency,showing excellent operational stability.The research findings provide a strong technical support for the application of wet electrostatic dust removal technology in the field of industrial waste gas treatment.
