摘要
为了解决产业园区环境污染严重、资源利用效率低的问题,本文结合某产业园区的实际情况,对产业园区规划环境影响评价要素进行了深入研究,分析了现有评价机制的不足,并提出一系列解决措施,包括建立健全环境质量跟踪评价体系、综合规划设计产业园区开发及完善生态环境保护基础设施等,旨在促进产业园区的可持续发展.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of serious environmental pollution and low resource utilization efficiency of industrial parks,this paper combined with the actual situation of an industrial park,conducted an in-depth study on the factors of environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning,analyzed the shortcomings of the existing evaluation mechanism,and proposed a series of solutions.It covers the establishment and improvement of environmental quality tracking and evaluation system,comprehensive planning and design of industrial park development and improvement of ecological environmental protection infrastructure,aiming at promoting the sustainable development of industrial parks.
