摘要
为了防止固体废物污染环境,保障人体健康,维护生态安全,促进经济社会可持续发展,主管部门应对擅自倾倒、堆放、丢弃工业固体废物等行为进行依法处理.本次调查以河北省某化工企业原炉渣储存场所为例,开展土壤污染调查,并提出相应建议,以期为后续土壤环境管理提供参考.
Abstract
In order to prevent solid waste from polluting the environment,safeguard human health,maintain ecological safety and promote sustainable economic and social development,the competent authorities shall deal with acts such as dumping,stacking and discarding industrial solid waste without authorization according to law.This survey took the former slag storage site of a chemical enterprise in Hebei Province as an example to carry out soil pollution investigation and put forward corresponding suggestions,in order to provide reference for subsequent soil environmental management.
