Analysis of Influencing Factors of Blank Experiment in Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds
In order to avoid the influence of blank experiment on the accuracy, precision and detection limit of trace analysis results, the factors affecting the blank test value in the determination of volatile organic compounds in atmosphere and water were discussed. The research results indicate that the concentration of trichloromethane in untreated water is 0.2 μg/L,the toluene content of low benzene level carbon disulfide is 0.35 mg/L.The target substances in activated carbon tubes and air bags have been detected, and the storage place of standard solution can affect the blank. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental data, the corresponding control measures were put forward according to the influencing factors, which provide reference for eliminating the blank value in the determination of volatile organic compounds.
