With the continuous development of economy,the country pays more and more attention to environmental protection.In order to better promote the collaborative governance of pollution reduction and carbon reduction and effectively incorporate it into the ecological environment management system,this paper studies the necessity and path selection of integrating the collaborative governance of pollution reduction and carbon reduction into the ecological environment management system against the background of relevant national policies,and proposes countermeasures such as improving the top-level design,strengthening the management of environmental assessment,building integrated management,innovating the accountability of inspectors,and promoting public participation.In order to provide theoretical reference for relevant departments to formulate scientific management policies.
