摘要
城区黑臭水体对水生态、水环境、水资源以及居民的身心健康都会产生一定的危害.根据黑臭水体的成因与特点,可灵活选用物理法、化学法、生物生态法等单独或耦合技术进行水体治理.以濮阳县城区为例,辖区内河道采取了水系连通、控源截污、清淤治理、生态修复等治理措施,实现了"水系通、水质净、水岸绿"的要求,为全面消除黑臭水体、改善境内水生态环境、促进下游出境断面水质稳定达标排放、不断提升人居环境质量起到了积极作用.
Abstract
In urban area,the black and odorous water body will do harm to water ecology,water environment,water resources and residents'physical and mental health.According to the causes and characteristics of black and odorous water bodies,we can flexibly choose physical method,chemical method,biological or ecological method and other single or coupled technologies to treat water bodies.Taking Puyang County as an example,the rivers in the area have adopted measures such as the connection of water system,source control and pollution interception,dredging and treatment,and ecological restoration to achieve the requirements of"the water system is connected,the water quality is clean,the water bank is green".This has played a positive role in comprehensively eliminating black and odorous water bodies,improving the water ecological environment,promoting the discharge of water quality in the downstream exit section,and constantly improving the quality of the living environment.
