摘要

随着全球气候变化问题的日益严重,碳减排和大气环境治理已经成为全球共同关注的重要议题.本文旨在探讨碳减排与大气环境治理的协同优化措施,分析二者之间的内在联系,并提出具体的优化策略,以期为全球应对气候变化和环境问题提供有益的参考.

Abstract

With the increasing severity of global climate change,carbon emission reduction and atmospheric environment governance have become important issues of global concern.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the synergistic optimization measures between carbon emission reduction and atmospheric environmental governance,analyze the internal relationship between the two,and propose specific optimization strategies,in order to provide a useful reference for the global response to climate change and environmental problems.
