随着工业化进程的加速,挥发性有机物VOC排放量急剧增加,对环境及人体健康造成了严重威胁.为了有效减少VOC的排放,本文以化工行业为例,对现有VOC治理技术进行了深入研究.通过收集并分析近两年的数据,本文揭示了现行技术在处理效率和运行成本方面的不足,并从光催化氧化、生物降解和吸附技术三个层面,提出了结合纳米材料进行优化、通过基因工程进化菌种和多孔材料创新设计等解决措施,旨在提升VOC处理技术的环境适应性和经济可行性.
Discussion on the Development of VOC Treatment Technology
With the acceleration of the industrialization process,the emission of volatile organic compounds has increased sharply,posing a serious threat to the environment and human health.In order to reduce VOC emission effectively,this paper takes the chemical industry as an example to study the existing VOC treatment technology.By collecting and analyzing the data of the past two years,this paper reveals the shortcomings of the current technology in terms of treatment efficiency and operating cost,and proposes solutions combining nanomaterial optimization,genetic engineering evolution of bacteria and innovative design of porous materials at the three levels of photocatalytic oxidation,biodegradation and adsorption technology,aiming at improving the environmental adaptability and economic feasibility of VOC treatment technology.
