摘要

对于土壤消解中实验室使用双氧水代替高氯酸的情况,本文选取了 6 种代表性样品,使用石墨消解仪进行消解,比较使用高氯酸和双氧水的消解效果.本研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对消解液中的铅、镉、铬、铜、锌、镍等重金属元素同时进行检测,结果表明,双氧水不能完全代替高氯酸的使用.

Abstract

As for the use of hydrogen peroxide instead of perchloric acid in soil digestion in the laboratory,this paper selected 6 representative samples and used graphite digester for digestion,the digestion effect of perchloric acid and hydrogen peroxide was compared.The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to detect lead,cadmium,chromium,copper,zinc,nickel and other heavy metals in the digestion solution at the same time.Hydrogen peroxide cannot completely replace perchloric acid.
